The results of the 20th edition of the annual third-party Logistics (3PL) study compiled by Capgemini Consulting, Penn State University, Korn Ferry and Penske Logistics are based on a survey of more than 260 logistics service providers in North America, Europe, Latin America and the Asia-Pacific region.
